Except… it is. To the delight of many, this year indy porn company (and good friends) Comstock Films submitted their flagship title Marie and Jack: A Hardcore Love Story to the MPAA for a rating — receiving on Feb 26, 2007, amazingly, the blessed/reviled (legendary) NC-17 rating.
In an email tonight from Tony Comstock, “the MPAA just told us we cannot use a press quote that contains the word ‘orgasm’ on the DVD cover for the re-issue of first film ‘Marie and Jack: A Hardcore Love Story’. Grrr.”
No orgasms for the MPAA! Or those of you watching. Now get your hands out of your pants and rent some smoke-free Disney, for crissakes.
