* met by a driver with “BLUE” sign at the gate; delivered in a limo
* at the top floor of a really nice hotel with a great view of Madison Square Garden
* Tyra’s people had a little cash waiting for me when I checked in, sweeeeet
* knowing all my NY friends want to see me but I’m Tyra’s tomorrow until later than I thought, (whole show) then fly out
* exhausted
* on the floor wondering if any of this is real, or even worth it anymore. somehow feel more profoundly alone than ever.
* photoblogging every move on my Flickr photostream as it happens (via my Helio Ocean)
* will also be filming tomorrow’s events for my vlog — we’ll see what I can get away with tomorrow, which I hope is a lot
* they will be doing my hair and makeup tomorrow. I am not going to let them cover my tattoos. (they wanted my dress sizes and eye color, among other things.)
* strangely convinced that I will have a lot of fun and say fearless things with a cheeky grin. feels like I’m about to visit another planet for kicks and science (Ocean = tricorder), but not “going native”.
