The cabernet is next to me in my bedroom windowbox, overlooking the Castro. In the apartment I amazingly found on Craigslist — the famed Blogger Bungalow — I can actually see the rainbow flag at the corner of Market and Castro from my bed. It makes me giddy. It also makes sex hotter. So, here I sit, having worked through the afternoon and waiting for mom to come over, sipping wine and cruising links that may or may not be relevant or interesting to you. But they’re where I’m visiting this lazy sunday evening, and I kinda want to spend it with you.
* It’s not new, but I found this Scientific American article on the science of kissing (and why we kiss) fascinating.
* Then I got all angry about the Wentworth Institute of Technology students — doodz — who filmed two girls (art students, make yer Art School Sluts jokes here) having sex, then put the video online. Losers. Like we don’t post enuf lesbian porn on Fleshbot for every horny college boy in the US every day!?
* Yay! Thomas has the cutest pictures of Tristan Taormino and me from lunch last week!
* Slate has The Case for Doctor-Assisted Chastity Fraud, which reveals that New York plastic surgeons use surgery to “restore virginity” 2-4 times a week in the great city. ::shudder:: It made me want to do a column about the SF docs doing “restoration” but then I got freaked out and had to have more wine.
* Via Fleshy: the series based on Belle de Jour, the anonymous former UK escort who had a blog for like, ever, is now watchable on Showtime (online). Personally, I’m snarfing up the first two seasons of Buffy on Hulu late at night this weekend, but I’ll give Secret Diary Of A Call Girl a view since the full episodes — or at least the first two for starters — are now free.
* Bacchus always knows how to get me where I live. He posted a link to The 11 Most Scorching-Hot Female Cosplayers Ever. He totally wins at the Internet. WINS.
ZOMFG Update: Theresa just got here and tells me I am ordered to go on a tranny bar tour in a limo the friday night before Pride with her and Maragret Cho and Kelly and all our hot trans girlfriends and family and some special friend Margaret is bringing (Cyndi Lauper!!??) and I think I’m ***going to faint*** because I have the BEST MOM EVER!

I love Season 2 of Buffy! Well, I love all the seasons of Buffy, but Season 2 might be my favorite. The episode “Passion” might be my favorite of the whole series. Thanks for the tip about Hulu. I’m headed over there right now!
