Fixie culture (the cult of the fixed gear bicycle) is both the source of geeky obsession and bicycle love, while also being a repository for hipster hate, trend mockery and general derision. I’ve enjoyed making fun of fixie culture as much as I’ve enjoyed watching girls struggle to get their fixed gear bikes to go uphill in short skirts.

So I’m totally cool with theFIXFIXFIX (thanks A). It’s all about the frames.
