Last weekend’s Bondage Ball was an elaborate, exclusive party for the finale of Kink.com‘s conference, BondCon. Erotic performances happened in many sets, which were open for partygoers to wander in and out of. I was lucky to attend and take photos as press; unfortunately my camera stopped functioning so I ended up using my Nokia Lumia 925, which did a decent job in low light.

The highlight of the evening was Midori‘s beautiful bondage performance art piece, which filled the room with the smell of fresh flowers and herbs. As her and I prepared to leave together afterward, we were escorted to the door by one of The Armory’s three friendly, playful and precocious cats on security staff :) At the end of this post, you’ll see one guarding Midori‘s bag as we prepared to leave after the Ball.
Incidentally, Facebook locked Midori out of her account this week and is trying to make her give them government ID as well as her legal name — so much for Facebook’s apology, eh?
