Sex News: Female Gamers Have More Sex, Berlin Porn Festival, Fight Nonconsensual Porn

  • Feminist founder of worldwide phenom women’s porn paysite For The Girls captured the vibe of the Berlin Porn Festival in her mini-documentary (above). A longer version of the doc will appear at For The Girls on November 29th featuring X-rated footage, plus moments from the Chatroulette session that turned into a live sex show. • Carl Siciliano is the founder and executive director of the Ali Forney Center, which he describes as the nation’s largest organization dedicated to homeless LGBT youth. When he started the center almost 10 years ago, he says, “kids were dying in the streets; there was no shelter for gay youth; every couple of months, I would know someone who was murdered in the streets.” Young, Gay And Homeless: Fighting For Resources (NPR)
  • VB note: it’s a survey NOT a study. Still – very cool! “Female online gamers apparently even have the edge on sex. According to the study, female online gamers were found to have sex slightly more frequently than females who didn’t play games online (38% have sex at least once per week, vs. 34% ).” <strong>Women who play online games are more social, says new study (Gamezebo)
  • Mentioned in a pervious Sex News post, website IsAnyoneUp.com permits and encourages people to nonconsensually post naked or sexually explicit photos of individuals which are then linked to the subject’s name. In this interesting post, the nonprofit Without My Consent posits previously unthought-of legal action victims could take against the site.
