I think the “Why doesn’t my boyfriend get his period” is people searching for a specific Yahoo Answers entry for comedy value, rather than people honestly asking the question.
Also:
“I wish my girlfriend was as filthy as this track” is a song
“I Wish My Boyfriend Was As Dirty As Your Policy” is a protest sign
“Wish my boyfriend was as dirty as my boots” is a slogan found printed on actual boots
How Do I Get My Boyfriend To Break Up With Me? ummm really……
And I wish my girlfriend was as dirty as your policies……why the hell would this come up?

I wonder if we would see different results with an uncensored autocomplete. You can see some obvious omissions in the “I wish my boyfriend had a bigger” and “I wish my girlfriend had bigger” items.
P.S.: Does anybody understand the “as dirty/filthy as these boots/your policies/this track/my bike” ones?
