UPDATE: The reading was packed! Thanks to everyone who joined us, so many warm and wonderful people. I was even asked to autograph an iPad! A video of tonight’s reading is ready for viewing in this post after the jump below (or watch it here): my segment – a filthy biochemistry BDSM tale by Thomas Roche – begins at 4:10. See this adorable photo gallery of Rachel, me, readers and more from tonight on this Daily Violet post, shot with my Lumix.

/UPDATE

Tonight (starting at 7:30 PST) I’ll be in the Orgsamic reading at the Booksmith in Upper Haight here in San Francisco – it’s a release party for my good friend Rachel Kramer Bussel‘s hot new book! She bribed me with cupcakes and lipgloss to read with her (she didn’t need to!) and we will be joined by three skilled erotica writers whose names you probably recognize – Orgasmic contributors Donna George Storey, Susie Hara and Dusty Horn. Here is the FB event page, if you swing that way.

If you can’t join us in person, The Booksmith will be livestreaming the event on this channel (video autoplays when you click the URL, FYI). Thank you Booksmith for hosting, and thank you Rachel for putting this event together and bringing the cupcakes :)

I won’t be reading what anyone expects. I’ve embedded the livestream player after the jump, in case you click through here when we’re reading. I’ll do an update with the archived video when we’re done! An embed of tonight’s reading is ready for viewing… My segment begins at 4:10.

That was a fun story you read.
I wish Ducky’s website were really out there. The world needs more bio-chem BSDM porn. Physiological determinism in sexual reactions can be so hot when you approach it right; It’s like bondage where the rope is your neuroendocrine system.
