someone *did* have fun in Vegas

by Violet Blue on January 11, 2010

Jiz Lee’s Twitter just pointed me to the fantastic — and occasionally explicit — gallery just posted by Last Night’s Party from their weekend at the AVN convention in Vegas. They hung out with lots of our friends, such as the queer porn mafia (who partycrashed the event), and the blend of porn punks which comprise a spectrum: from the LGBT indies who are never invited — or this year, allowed into — the VIP parties, to the top stars like Sasha Grey. It’s an industry with an identity crisis, but this gallery was taken by the person who clearly had the most fun and partied with the funnest people.

Look for Jiz Lee, Dana DeArmond, Eon McKai, Courtney Trouble, Carol Queen, Madison Young, Joanna Angel, April Flores and more, more… And images ranging from cute to hardcore sex.

Also: more pics, all glamour — on Kim Kane’s fun Posterous blog (kimberlykane.posterous.com).

I know this is totally off topic but I thought you’d be interested in this article and couldn’t find any contact info for you (like an email address). It’s written by a teacher for deaf students about the price of abstinence only “education”.

Lux: I know the days of Jonno and I crashing AVN parties uninvited are long gone, but behind the scenes the queer mafia did indeed partycrash — that is, when people were allowed in. like, what was up with the Vivid Alt party not letting people who didn’t “look right” in even though it was their party, their porn…

glad to see you here :)

Reel Queer Productions and Pink & White Productions were each up for several AVN Awards. I wouldn’t say they partycrashed–they actually had invites this year.
