A longtime lurker on the Мишка blog, I enjoy the art, music and edgy urban culture from the Brooklyn, New York based store’s multi-contributor endeavor. I love new discoveries and their blog always has something interesting; lately the gifted erotic photographer Ellen Stagg has been blogging a few outtakes from her shoots for the Мишка 2010 calendar. It sounds like Stagg shot too many scenes and girls for the project, and I’m excited she’s sharing the hot overflow with us. The calendar looks like it’s going to blow away all the other 2010 erotic pin-up girly calendars, too: who needs another boring Playboy-like cal when you can get one shot with creativity and diversity, by Stagg? It features a serious lineup of all-star fetish and alt pinups (like Darenzia and Charlotte Stokely) plus monthly comics by bad boy artist, Vice Magazine’s Johnny Ryan.
You can buy the Мишка 2010 calender on pre-sale here. It ships on the 22nd (next week) and Мишка will be having a release party that night in their store that I wish I could go to, because it’ll have even more of Stagg’s outtakes on the walls and a few of the models on hand in case you want to have them autograph your chest. (I made that last part up, but hey, it could happen.)
