I just got a FedEx delivered to my door from Google: it’s a Google Sidewiki package! I’m excited to jump into the Sidewiki editorial and informational fray. It’s a pretty brilliant idea. Anyone have any initial thoughts yet?

More images after the jump, and you can click to enlarge and read the pages Google marked for me.

I’m squinting and guessing that’s the Billy Collin’s poem “Marginalia,” and that’s the connection, right?

Very cute. It should have come with an egg salad sandwich, too.

Sounds like bad news to me. An unmoderated forum? At least at The Chronic they jail or delete the worst comments.

You’ve got to love Google for always trying to be one step ahead of the game. My boyfriend’s friend works for them over in France, and it’s refreshing to hear that their ‘totally 2.0/UXP’ attitude really does extend from the heart of everything they do.

Intriguing delivery, very cute: what else was in the package??
