I have experienced non-erotic, accidental asphyxiation from choking, and it was horrible. I do not *judge* people who engage in erotic asphyxiation, but I consider it outside the realm of safe, sane and consensual. Call it RACK and do it if you want, but I will never try it.

I once experienced an involuntary, spontaneous “erotic asphyxiation”.
