mezmerizing mechanical horse by Franco Losvizzero

by Violet Blue on April 30, 2009

This mechanical horse machine art sculpture by Franco Losvizzero was actually in an exhibition at the Celeste art Price in Milan 2008, and in the recently uploaded video below the performer is Karen N.Wikstrand. The pacing is slow, but compelling to watch nonetheless.

Wow….THAT gave me the Donnie Darko/Alice in Wonderland LSD flashback that I’ve been looking for. :)

Mesmerizing… Had to look at the video lead up to the mounting just to be sure. People would go up and put coins to start the machine. Never doubt the seemingly classic lines.
