SXSWi hotness (part 1)

Superb photo by my friend netik from the 32 Bit party.

Home now, tired beyond description and happy. Soon I’ll have a great wrap-up post (or two) for you about all the exciting sights and experiences — and yes, the ‘tardednesses — of SXSW Interactive, Austin 2009. As I drift to sleep after a long day of travel after a night where I was up till 5am, enjoy these gorgeous images shot at the Laughing Squid (and other sponsors) “32 Bit” party by netik. Our party wuz delishus! (Scott’s pre-post is here with more info.) And below, a video of the gorgeous girl in action shot live with extremely poor sound, and then a yummy video from my first night out.

Bet you didn’t think a web conference could be this sexy. Mostly it was a web marketing dry-hump, but I found the tastier bits, and they certainly found me.

I have so much to tell you about. And I won’t be holding back on you. Here she is, dancing (poor quality, grrr, arg):

From the first night at Austin’s fun Goth club, Elysium:

“Tired” doesn’t begin to describe this one of me showing off/missing my kitteh Alex on my phone desktop: 32 Bit party photo by netik.

By Steve Hall (::smooch::), of me and uber-sweet Jolie O’Dell:

Hot hot hot girl in the cafe, I love you (and loved seeing you later at the party):

  1. Hi again!

Dang, I so wish I’d been at the 32 Bit party. There was a moment at the party I _did_ attend when a big, bearded dude with glasses was swanning around with pasties, heels, and a plastic cup of beer, but I don’t think it was anything you’d call “hotness.”

That’s it: Next time we’re at a show together, I’m so Tweet-stalking you to find out what parties to go to. ;)

  2. It might interest you to know that jayedwards.com and hogtied.com have both appeared on the Australian Governments Blacklist, sites flagged for censorship under the proposed Australian Internet Filter.

It would be interesting to know if other legal (in the US), consensual or education based sites are flagged too…
