		<description>totally not a surprise. Administrators want nothing better than to pass the buck to the staff for their mistakes, and working in public sector IT myself I am 99% sure their staff is underpaid, overworked, and under supported financially. 

Just to get a much needed mac server running in my district I had to repurpose a 5 year old machine despite please for a true one. Not surprisingly they had no issues buying a 16,000 dollar cable testing rig that was 100% completely un-needed and unwanted because our bosses pet tech wanted it for himself.

I thank god though our admin at least has a sliver of knowledge enough to know that situations like that are almost completely unavoidable no matter how secure you make things.</description>
