obama: sex ed program, please

by Violet Blue on November 9, 2008

While I drink morning coffee and read that Obama is “conducting an extensive review of President Bush’s executive orders (…) in virtually every agency” (CNN) I’m hoping really hard that someone will please poke him about including a “review” of our national sex education program under the Bush administration. Like, a nuclear review. I have a few ideas to lay real groundwork (Sf Chronicle) to get it going in the right direction, and I *know* I’m not alone.

guess what? I just did. thanks for the link — I’ll blog about what happens! I put the link to my SF Chronicle Obama sex ed column in the ‘employer address’ field. ;)

Apply to http://change.gov/! Now!

Can you imagine how many heads would explode if you were appointed to a position in the Dept. of Education? That definitely would be a teachable moment.
