speaking of youth and sexuality…

My friend and colleague at ISIS sent me an interesting query that I want to pass on, especially if you make philanthropic decisions for a company (or an individual) and want to help with a teen HIV study — it’s a REALLY good cause:

ISIS is looking for socially responsible, youth friendly company to donate incentives for HIV prevention study on MySpace. We buy 3,000 gift cards, they donate 3,000. Think: Amazon, iTunes, Starbucks, Gifts.com, like that.

The study is geared to high-school aged youth at risk for contracting or transmitting HIV. National. We will be enrolling 6,000 youth and need incentives for their engagement in the intervention on MySpace. About $10 each. We can pay for half! Youth will then use the company’s products! (…contact: [email protected] to help.)
