So, thanks to Scott Beale — the really cool peeps at Justin.tv gave me a special Nokia N-95 with their new partnership with Qik livestreaming so I would be one of their livestreamers for SXSW: I am in actually in Austin right now, hungry, needing to check-in… But, that all means I’ll be broadcasting live video whenever and wherever I want — SO much fun. But today, saturday, I have the phone, have a terrific Justin channel, and have a Qik page — but the Qik phone and my Justin channel are still not connected :( I’ll change and update this post as soon as they tell me it’s connected, so you’ll only need to go to my Justin.tv page.
When it’s connected, it’ll feed right here and send out a Twitter the minute I start broadcasting live: http://www.justin.tv/violetblue That page will also pick up when I do a stationary livecast from my laptop, which will be when I’m blogging.

The Qik link is also the RSS feed URL if that’s how you roll… I’m also putting a window in my blog sidebar in a second that’ll have video running on it, and is a player/link that interrupts the minute I start filming. The embed code they gave me doesn’t seem to be working yet, so that’ll have to wait, too.
