Some readers will recall that I went to Seattle last year and got tied up professionally for the first (and still, only) time by sweetheart rope maker and Shibari expert Twisted Monk — in their rope factory warehouse! Meeting his ultra-cool staff was only half the fun, indeed. Here are photos and the video of Monk trying to catch me: warning, boobie alert. I’ve always loved the color of the month (I got to be a color of the month, and it sold out), and Monk has oodles of free (and sexy) instructional videos on his website. Now, along with a nifty exclusive holiday-only ad in my sidebar, Monk has put together what I think is a really superb holiday shopping gift list for kink-curious, rope lovers and bondage aficionados alike: the 2007 Twisted Monk Holiday Gift Guide. I’m lusting after the Holiday Box, which has lovely rope and shears, plus an HD DVD of all their videos. They have a nice gift wrap service for $6, too. Nicely done.
