My pal Alison Tyler has alerted me to Open Source Sex in the April issue of Marie Claire magazine! They recommend my podcast in their “sex confessions” section, saying: “Sex By iPod: One of the most popular sex podcasts is the Open Source Sex show by sex educator and writer Violet Blue. Blue calles her erotica and sex instruction show ‘half Ginger and half Mary-Ann.’ Available through iTunes.” Yay!!! I had no idea, thank you Alison!

I’ve received tons of mail and have read many comments on yesterday’s post. Rather than clog up my blog (which won’t let me use the extended post function right now), I’ve posted my responses here. And yes, I responded to the fact that Valleywag, a Gawker site like Fleshbot, didn’t cite me as a source in their post about the topic. That’s not the reason, however, that I’m not going to be the Assistant Editor for much longer; I’ve recommended a replacement and have asked to be a contributor instead so I can take a break from the schedule for a while. I’ll still be posting regularly on Fleshbot, so please do continue to send me your tips and suggestions.
